November 30 - Rainy, snowy day in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan!

I had a great week at Tim and Cathy's. They really did a terrrific job with Thanksgiving. Thanks, Tim and Cathy for a very nice stay.

Tomorrow - unless it snows too much - I'll be leaving for Luke and Shari's. I will also be visiting the Ronschke's and Hammon's - looking forward to all that. Then I'll be back at Tim and Cathy's around the 18th of Dec. I still need a date for the big night out on Dec. 20. Then off to Atlanta whenever Joy gives us the word.

November 26

It's amazing! It's Nov. 26 - the day before Thanksgiving!! I obviously arrived in Atlanta, Michigan on Nov. 17 to celebrate Joy's Birthday and enjoy God's creation. Below are just a few of the many scenes of life "up north". I loved being with Joy and the family. Unfortunately, Jim didn't get a deer but his brother, John did. We saw lots of deer though - some in interesting positions -lol. Joy took her birthday very well!

I am now at Tim and Cathy's house in Grosse Pointe Woods, Mi - lots of eating and having more fun! I'll be here until next Monday, Dec. 1 - then on to shari and luke's place.

Departing St. Louis Tomorrow

Well, the St. Louis journey is about complete - tomorrow I leave for Napoleon, Ohio and then north to Atlanta, Michigan to celebrate Joy's birthday. She told me not to mention her astronomical age. All I can say, I was 25 years old and coaching basketball the day Joy was born.

Thanks to Sarah, Chris and Evie for a very nice stay - we did many things together. I look forward to my next visit. Evie was an angel - bright and beautiful. I pray that Chris and Sarah have more children. They make great parents!

Also, a special thanks to Jyoti and Rachel for preparing an offical Bangoli Curry meal. Yum and hot!
Chris and Sarah's brother-in-law, Jyoti(from Bangaladesh) - just became a US citizen and Rachel, Sarah's sister
